400g baby spinach
4 hake medium portions
1-2 x 200g DENNY CLASSIC WHITE SAUCE
How To Make Nectarine Habanero Roast Chicken
In a medium hot pan, add some oil and cook your spinach, in batches, making sure to season as you go with salt and paper. In a separate pan add some cooking oil and heat up. Make sure the pan is hot then pat dry and season your hake portions before grilling each portion until golden brown, about 3-4min on each side. In a small saucepan, heat up the DENNY CLASSIC WHITE SAUCE for 3 min. Once all the elements are ready, plate the dish starting with a bed of wilted spinach followed by the grilled hake and finish with a generous pouring of the white sauce. Enjoy!
