Guacamole Two Ways
Guacamole Day calls for a little fun in the kitchen!
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled and stoned
- 1 small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 50g biltong, finely chopped or shredded
How To Make Classic Gucamole with a Twist
- In a bowl, mash the avocados to your desired consistency.
- Add the red onion, tomato, garlic, and lime juice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Fold in the chopped biltong just before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips or as a topping for grilled meats.

- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 small avocado skins, halved and pitted
- 1/4 cup crushed nacho chips
How To Make Rainbow Guacamole Boats
- In a bowl, mash the avocados to a chunky consistency.
- Add the corn, red pepper, cucumber, pomegranate seeds, and lemon juice.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the guacamole mixture into the halved avocado skins.
- Sprinkle the crushed nacho chips on top for added crunch.
- Serve immediately as a fun and flavorful appetizer.
