
Ham & Cheese Puff Pastry Bites
Bring everyone together with these Ham and Cheese Puff Pastry Bites—a quick, savoury snack perfect for sharing at any gathering.

Makes: 6 – 8
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Ingredients:
- Roll puff pastry, thawed
- 6 – 8 slices of ham
- 6 – 8 Clover Full Cream Cheddar Cheese Slices / Gouda Cheese Slices
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 – 2 tsp mixed herbs
To serve:
- Fresh herbs, chopped
- Any sauce of your choice
How To Make Ham & Cheese Bites
- Preheat oven to 180°C and grease a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured work surface, then place the ham slices on the pastry then top with a layer of Cheddar Full Cream Processed Cheese slices and sprinkle over some mixed herbs.
- Roll the filled pastry into a log and pinch the edges to seal it. Slice the log into 2cm rounds using a sharp knife.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 15 – 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Once the pastry bites are baked, allow it to cool for about 2 – 3 minutes, then serve immediately and garnish with fresh herbs.
