Cooking time:10 mins
Serves: 2-4

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (skin on)
  • Clover Butro Non-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 2 tablespoons, honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley or thyme (optional, for garnish)

How To Make Glazed Salmon

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, sprayed with generous amount of Clover Butro Non-Stick Cooking Spray and cook the salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Remove from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Stir in honey and lemon juice, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the glaze slightly thickens. Return the salmon fillets to the skillet and spoon the honey butter glaze over the top of each fillet.
  4. Let it cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to coat the salmon. Garnish with fresh parsley or thyme, if desired.
  5. Serve immediately with your favourite side dishes.
