Serves: 2-4
Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets (skin on)
- Clover Butro Non-Stick Cooking Spray
- 2 tablespoons, honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley or thyme (optional, for garnish)
How To Make Glazed Salmon
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, sprayed with generous amount of Clover Butro Non-Stick Cooking Spray and cook the salmon fillets for 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from the skillet and set aside. In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Stir in honey and lemon juice, and cook for another 1-2 minutes until the glaze slightly thickens. Return the salmon fillets to the skillet and spoon the honey butter glaze over the top of each fillet.
- Let it cook for an additional 1-2 minutes to coat the salmon. Garnish with fresh parsley or thyme, if desired.
- Serve immediately with your favourite side dishes.
