Hot Cross Bun Pudding
Add in the new Beacon mmmMallows Hot Cross Bun flavoured marshmallows for an indulgent dessert!

Ingredients:
- 8 hot cross buns, halved
- 200g milk chocolate chips
- 300ml milk
- 250ml cream
- 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla essence
- 150g mmmMallows Hot Cross Bun Flavour
- To serve:
- Vanilla ice cream
How To Make Hot Cross Bun Pudding
- Preheat the oven to 180C and grease a large baking dish.
- Arrange the bottom halves of the hot cross buns in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle over the chocolate chips, spreading them evenly on each bun.
- Place the top buns on each bottom bun, sandwiching the chocolate layer.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together milk, cream, eggs, sugar and vanilla essence.
- Pour the mixture over the hot cross buns and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, arrange the mmmMallows over hot cross buns and bake for a further 10 minutes or until the mallows are golden brown.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream.
