Mango, Passionfruit & Berry Summer Smoothie

Enjoy this tropical blend of mango, passion fruit, and berries – the perfect combo for a summer pick-me-up!

Ingredients:

For the Mango Passionfruit Layer:

  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • ¼ cup passionfruit pulp, plus 2 Tbsp to serve
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • ½ cup ice cubes

For the Berry Layer:

  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup double thick plain yoghurt
  • 2 tsp honey
  • ½ cup milk

How To Make Mango, Passionfruit & Berry Summer Smoothie

  1. Start by making the berry layer, add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, pour the mixture into two serving glasses, filling them halfway.
  2. Rinse the blender, then start preparing the mango & passionfruit layer, add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Gently pour the mango & passionfruit mixture using a back of a spoon onto the berry mixture to create a two-toned effect.
  4. Garnish with passionfruit pup, fresh berries & mint.
