Mezze Platter with Olive Oil Dips 3 ways

Ingredients:

For the balsamic olive oil dip:

  • ½ cup Clover extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mixed herbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

For the caper, olive, feta olive oil dip:

  • ½ cup Clover extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • ¼ cup capers, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup pitted green olives, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tsp cracked black pepper

For the spicy sundried tomato olive oil dip:

  • ½ cup Clover extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 birds eye chilli, minced
  • ¼ cup sundried tomatoes, drained and minced
  • 3 tbsp grated parmesan
  • 2 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper

To serve:

  • Pita breads, toasted and cut into wedges
  • Baguettes, sliced
  • Assorted vegetables (cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, mini cucumbers, radishes, peppers)
  • Fresh grapes
  • Falafels

How To Make Mezze Platter with Olive Oil Dips 3 ways

  1. Mix all the ingredients for each dip in small bowls.
  2. Assemble the mezze platter by arranging the 3 dips at the centre of the platter. Add the pita breads, baguettes, fresh vegetables, grapes and falafels.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
