Mezze Platter with Olive Oil Dips 3 ways

Serves: 4-6
Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
For the balsamic olive oil dip:
- ½ cup Clover extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp mixed herbs
- Salt
- Pepper
For the caper, olive, feta olive oil dip:
- ½ cup Clover extra virgin olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ¼ cup capers, finely chopped
- ¼ cup pitted green olives, finely chopped
- ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tsp cracked black pepper
For the spicy sundried tomato olive oil dip:
- ½ cup Clover extra virgin olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 birds eye chilli, minced
- ¼ cup sundried tomatoes, drained and minced
- 3 tbsp grated parmesan
- 2 tbsp fresh basil, finely chopped
- Salt
- Pepper
To serve:
- Pita breads, toasted and cut into wedges
- Baguettes, sliced
- Assorted vegetables (cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, mini cucumbers, radishes, peppers)
- Fresh grapes
- Falafels
How To Make Mezze Platter with Olive Oil Dips 3 ways
- Mix all the ingredients for each dip in small bowls.
- Assemble the mezze platter by arranging the 3 dips at the centre of the platter. Add the pita breads, baguettes, fresh vegetables, grapes and falafels.
- Serve and enjoy!
