What makes a good Milk Tart?
A Milk Tart traditionally consists of a sweet crust base, with a custard made of cinnamon-infused milk , sugar, eggs & cornflour, which is then baked and topped with a final dusting of cinnamon. Some versions also are made with a cooked custard which is then set in the fridge.
It is traditionally served once cooled or at room temperature, but many opt to heat their Milk Tart in the microwave before eating.
