Say hello to crispy golden pillows of caramel nutty goodness!

Ingredients:
2 ½ Cups Cake flour
3/4 Cup fresh milk
1 egg
2 Tbsp butter, melted
1 Tbsp sugar
3 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
Oil for frying Topping:
½ Cup Caramel crunch sauce, melted
3-4 Tbsp finely chopped peanuts
How To Make:
Bring the oil to a medium-high heat.
To prepare the doughnut batter add all in ingredients into a mixing bowl and using a whisk, whisk the ingredients until well combined.
Allow the batter to rest and place a tablespoon into the oil and allow to cook till golden brown and crispy.
Drain the cooked doughnuts on some paper towel.
Then place them into a bowl. Drizzle the caramel over the doughnuts and toss them until they are evenly coated and top with chopped nuts.
Chefs Tip: To make it easier to pour the batter into the oil, place the batter into a piping bag. You can use melted chocolate or even peanut butter as a substitute for the caramel sauce
