How To Make Mrs Balls Festive Air Fryer Frikkadel
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mince, onion, garlic, carrots, ground cumin, BBQ spice, smoked paprika, fresh coriander, chili, Mrs Balls Jalapeno Chutney, and breadcrumbs. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Use your hands to mix the ingredients until evenly combined.
- Avoid overmixing to keep the frikkadels tender.
- Roll the mixture into even-sized balls, about the size of a golf ball.
- Preheat the airfryer to 180°C. Lightly grease the airfryer basket or spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Place the frikkadels in the basket, ensuring they don’t touch for even cooking.
- Air fry for 15–20 minutes, turning them halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve immediately with a generous of chutney and a side salad.
