
Noodles with Stir-Fry, Egg & Cheese
You can never go wrong with a warm stir-fry, now imagine one with egg and cheese!

Ingredients:
- 1 pack Maggi Durban Curry Flavoured Noodles (with sachet)
- 1 cup mix of vegetables such as bell peppers, pineapple, and carrots
- 1 egg
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon cooking oil
- 1/4 cup grated cheese
How To Make Noodles with Stir-Fry, Egg & Cheese
- Pour 2 cups of water into a medium pot and bring it to a boil.
- Sprinkle the flavoured sachet into the boiling water.
- Add the noodles and stir continuously for about 2 minutes until they soften.
- In a separate small pot, place the egg and cover it with water.
- Boil for 8-10 minutes until hard-boiled.
- Once cooked, peel and slice the egg.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add 1 cup of vegetable mix and fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender and lightly browned.
- Place the cooked noodles on a serving plate.
- Top with the sautéed stir-fry vegetables.
- Arrange the sliced egg on top.
- Sprinkle 1/4 cup of grated cheese over the dish while it’s hot, so it melts slightly.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
