Noodles with Stir-Fry, Egg & Cheese

You can never go wrong with a warm stir-fry, now imagine one with egg and cheese!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack Maggi Durban Curry Flavoured Noodles (with sachet)
  • 1 cup mix of vegetables such as bell peppers, pineapple, and carrots
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese

How To Make Noodles with Stir-Fry, Egg & Cheese

  1. Pour 2 cups of water into a medium pot and bring it to a boil.
  2. Sprinkle the flavoured sachet into the boiling water.
  3. Add the noodles and stir continuously for about 2 minutes until they soften.
  4. In a separate small pot, place the egg and cover it with water.
  5. Boil for 8-10 minutes until hard-boiled.
  6. Once cooked, peel and slice the egg.
  7. Heat 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a pan over medium heat.
  8. Add 1 cup of vegetable mix and fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender and lightly browned.
  9. Place the cooked noodles on a serving plate.
  10. Top with the sautéed stir-fry vegetables.
  11. Arrange the sliced egg on top.
  12. Sprinkle 1/4 cup of grated cheese over the dish while it’s hot, so it melts slightly.
  13. Serve immediately and enjoy!
