  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme (or a few fresh sprigs)

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

How To Make One Pan Garlic Steak & Potatoes

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add potatoes, season with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme.
  3. Cook 15–18 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender.
  4. Stir in butter and minced garlic. Cook 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Add sliced leftover steak to the pan just before serving.
  6. Toss gently with the garlic butter and potatoes for 2–3 minutes until warmed through (avoid overcooking to keep it tender).
