
Ostrich Burgers

Ingredients:
- 2 WW Ostrich Burger Patties
- 2 WW Brioche Burger Buns
- 1 cup WW Rainbow Slaw
- 2 Tbsp WW Reduced Oil Burger Mayo
- 4 slices Cucumber
- 4 slices Gherkins
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- Olive oil (for cooking)
How To Make Ostrich Burgers
- Heat a grill pan or frying pan over medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil.
- Season the WW Ostrich Burger Patties with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through.
- Remove from heat and let them rest for a minute.
- Finely chop 2 slices of gherkins and mix them into the WW Reduced Oil Burger Mayo for extra tangy flavour.
- Slice and lightly toast the WW Brioche Burger Buns in the same pan for added texture.
- Spread the gherkin mayo on both halves of each bun.
- Place the cooked ostrich patty on the bottom bun.
- Top with WW Rainbow Slaw, cucumber slices, and remaining gherkin slices.
- Finish with the top bun and serve immediately.
