Pastry Sticks 5 Ways Recipe
A crispy and crunchy texture resembling that of pretzels, crisp and flakey.

Ingredients:
- 5 puff pastry sheets
- For the olives, rosemary and thyme sticks;
- 160g pitted kalamata olives or black olives, roughly chopped
- 100g Parmalat rosemary and thyme butter, melted
- For the smoked paprika and bacon bits sticks;
- 1 cup fried bacon bits
- 100g Parmalat smoked paprika butter, melted
- For the lemon pepper bokkoms sticks;
- 1 cup dried bokkoms, chopped
- 100g Parmalat lemon and black pepper butter, melted
- For the honey, cinnamon and white chocolate sticks;
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 100g Parmalat honey and cinnamon butter, melted
- For the cheesy garlic and parsley sticks;
- 1 cup grated Emmental cheese
- 100g Parmalat garlic and parsley butter, melted
How To Make Pastry Sticks 5 Ways
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare 2-3 baking sheets.
- Roll 1 layer of puff pastry out onto a floured surface and cut in half lengthways.
- For the first flavour, brush half of the rosemary and thyme butter on the sheet, sprinkle over the chopped olives then cover with the other half of pastry.
- Cut into sticks and twist.
- Place the twisted pastries on the baking sheet, brush with the remaining butter.
- Repeat the same process for each of the flavours then bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown
