A tropical no-bake dessert that’s creamy, refreshing, and perfect for festive sharing.

Ingredients:
• 1 packet coconut biscuits • 1 tin crushed pineapple, drained • 1 tin Clover Condensed Milk • 1 cup Clover Fresh Cream, whipped • 1 tsp of lemon juice
How To Make Fridge Tart
Layer the coconut biscuits evenly at the bottom of a square or rectangular dish. In a mixing bowl, combine the drained crushed pineapple, condensed milk, and lemon juice.
Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
Pour half of the pineapple mixture over the biscuit layer.
Add another layer of biscuits on top, followed by the remaining pineapple mixture.
Smooth the top with a spatula.
Refrigerate the tart for at least 4 hours or until set. For best results, leave it overnight.
