Porcini Mushroom Girasolini Celebrating all the best Italian flavours with WOOLWORTHS!Recipe by: Abigail DonnellyServes: 6 Ingredients:1 x 250g packets WW porcini mushroom girasolini, cooked2 T Extra virgin olive oil2 T butter2 garlic cloves, chopped finely1 clove black garlic, chopped tinely1 cup cream5 saffron threads150g shelled peas1 punnet Portabellini mushroom, torn into large piecesSalt and freshly ground black pepper to taste6 slices Parma ham grilledTo serve:Truffle oilLemon zest, zestedParm Reg, grated finely How To Make Porcini Mushroom GirasoliniHeat the olive oil and butter in a frying pan.Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute.Add the cream, peas and saffron.Cook for 2 minutes.Season with salt to taste.Fry mushrooms.Cook for another minute.Stir through the girasolini.Serve with broken crispy Parma ham, zested lemon, Parm reg and truffle oil.
