Method:
To make the potato bites, add the flour to mashed potato and season with salt and pepper. Mix to combine. Roll into balls and flatten with a fork or a kitchen spider. Fry in oil until golden and crispy. Place the ingredients for the peri peri into a blender and blend until smooth. Stir through the dairy snack. Serve the sauce with the potato bites.
