A flavourful dish, marinated in Clover Krush’s 6 Fruits & Fibre juice!

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 tsp garlic, minced
2 Tbsp Clover Krush
500g prawns, deveined & shells removed
2 tsp fish seasoning
500g rocket or leafy greens of your choice
1 red onion, diced
1 avocado, diced
For the dressing
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup Clover Krush
salt & pepper, to taste
How To Make Prawn & Avocado Salad
Add olive oil, garlic, Clover Krush and prawns into a mixing bowl and mix until well combined, allow this to marinate for about 5 minutes, then heat oil in a large non-stick skillet, add in prawns and cook for 5 minutes until cooked through, remove from the pan and allow to cool.
Place fresh rocket, red onion, avocado into a large bowl, top with cooked prawns.
Combine all the ingredients for the dressing, then pour over the salad and enjoy.
Can you use any other juice.
