Ingredients:

  • 500g beef mince
  • 450g DENNY Bobotie Curry Cook-in-Sauce

  • 1 packet puff pastry

How To Make Cups

Heat a saucepan to medium then cook the beef mince in some oil for 8-10 min or until all the moisture has evaporated. Add the DENNY Bobotie Curry Cook-in-Sauce and cook for 6-8 min to allow the mince to absorb the flavour. Sesson to taste then remove from the heat and set aside to cool, about 5min, before placing in the fridge for another 5 min. Remove the puff pasty from the fridge and unravel it. Pre-heat the oven to 180°C. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray then set aside. Using a rolling pin, slightly flatten the puff pastry as if rolling out dough just to allow the dough to be more pliable. Cut the pastry into 8 to 12 equal squares depending on your desired size then fill each muffin cup with a puff pastry square. Use your fingers to secure the pastry in place then fill each cup to the top with some of the mince. Bake in the oven for 20 min or until the pastry is golden brown. Serve and Enjoy!
