
Quick & Easy Tiramisu
Creamy and so so decadent!

Ingredients:
- 4 Tbsp coffee
- 1 ½ cups boiling water
- 200g cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cream
- ¼ cup icing sugar, sifted
- 1 ½ tsp vanilla essence
- 1 Tbsp coffee liquor
- 16 boudoir biscuits
To serve:
Cocoa powder, for dusting
How To Tiramisu
Method
Start by brewing the coffee and set aside to cool, then mix in coffee liquor and set aside. In a large mixing bowl, add in cream cheese and beat until softened and smooth, then add in icing sugar, vanilla essence and beat until well combined. In a separate bowl whip, the cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture. Dip the biscuits into the cooled brew coffee and place at the bottom of a serving bowl or glass, then spoon over a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture and repeat until you reach the top of your dish. Serve immediately and dust with cocoa powder, Enjoy!
