Burnt Butter Ravioli

Clover Way Better Butter Spread is the perfect soft and creamy butter to absorb all the flavours in this delicious pasta.

  • 300-500g Spinach and feta ravioli – or any variation
  • 6 tablespoons Clover Full Cream butter spread
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 6-8 Fresh sage leaves

How To Make Burnt Butter Ravioli

  1. Cook the ravioli according to pack instructions.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the butter. Cook for about 3 minutes, or until browned and fragrant with a nutty smell.
  3. Swirl the pan around and add the sage leaves.
  4. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sage leaves are slightly crisp.
  5. Scoop the ravioli into the pan and coat well with the butter. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Divide amongst serving plates, adding some more of the burnt butter and sage.
