School Holiday Brunch Ideas
The winter school holidays are the perfect excuse to slow down, spend quality time together, and enjoy delicious meals as a family.
Ingredients:
- Frozen Mini Cheese & Tomato Pizzas 10 x 54 g
- Sliced Butter Basted Chicken Breast 300 g
- BBQ Chicken Mini Fillets 250 g
- Smoked Chicken Viennas, sliced up into small rounds 500 g
- Cheese Sauce 200 ml
- Cheddar Cheese, grated 240 g
How To Make Mini Cheese & Tomato Pizzas
- Preheat the mini cheese and tomato pizzas according to the package instructions until the bases are hot and the cheese has just melted.
- While the pizzas are baking, heat the chicken breast slices, BBQ chicken mini fillets, smoked chicken vienna rounds, and cheese sauce according to the package instructions.
- Place the cooked pizzas onto serving plates or boards.
- Set out the warmed chicken breast, BBQ chicken, smoked chicken viennas, cheese sauce, and grated cheddar cheese in separate bowls.
- Let everyone build their own pizza by choosing their favourite toppings and adding an extra sprinkle of grated cheddar.
- Return the topped pizzas to the oven for 2–3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Serve immediately.

- Kids™ Cheese Sauce with Hidden Veggies 100 g
- Kids™ Creamy Chicken And Tomato Sauce 100 g
- Cheddar Cheese, grated 240 g
- Beef Frikkadels 250 g
How To Make Pasta Bowl
- Cook the alphabet pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and keep warm.
- Heat the Beef Bolognese Sauce, Cheese Sauce with Hidden Veggies, Creamy Chicken and Tomato Sauce, and Beef Frikkadels according to the package instructions.
- Place the cooked pasta into bowls.
- Set out the warm sauces, sliced or halved beef frikkadels, and grated cheddar cheese in separate serving bowls.
- Let everyone create their own pasta bowl by choosing their favourite sauce, adding frikkadels, and finishing with a generous sprinkle of grated cheddar.
- Serve immediately while hot.
