Preheat your oven to 180°c and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Add the cold butter and use a pastry cutter or your fingers to mix until the mixture becomes coarse crumbs.
Stir in the yogurt and vanilla extract until just combined. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and gently knead it a few times until it comes together.
Pat it into a circle about 2cm.Cut into a circle, use a biscuit cutter. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
