Soufflé Egg Muffin

Do you like fluffy eggs? This is the ultimate recipe! When we saw this we just had to try it for ourselves!

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • Sliced bread, to serve

How To Make Souffle Egg Muffin

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C and prepare a silicon cupcake pan with cooking spray
  2. Separate the egg whites and yolks.
  3. Whip the egg whites until stiff.
  4. Spoon two tablespoons of egg whites in the base of one cupcake mould.
  5. Level out the egg whites with the back of the spoon.
  6. Carefully add an egg yolk in the centre then add another two tablespoons of egg whites and smoothen out.
  7. Repeat the process.
  8. Bake in the oven for 4-7 minutes or until gently golden.
