Sparkling Grape Jellies
To celebrate the launch of Panado’s new Grape flavour, we whip up this quick grape-inspired treat!

Ingredients:
- For jellies:
- 2 tbsp gelatine
- ¼ castor sugar
- 750ml sparkling grape juice
- For sugar-coated grapes:
- 1 egg white
- 200g red grapes
- ½ cup castor sugar
How To Make Sparkling Grape Jellies
- Put the gelatine in a small bowl, add 2 tablespoons and set aside to bloom.
- Combine ½ cup boiling water and castor sugar in a microwave safe jug. Add the gelatine to the jug and stir.
- Microwave the mixture in 20 second intervals until gelatine is completely dissolved.
- Pour mixture into a large bowl and cool. Once cold, add the sparkling grape juice and stir. Skim any froth.
- Pour the mixture into 6 silicone moulds or ramekins. Place in the fridge to set for 3 hours or longer.
- Whisk the egg white and brush onto grapes.
- Sprinkle grapes with sugar.
- Transfer to a large plate lined with baking paper and set aside to dry.
- Serve the jellies topped with sugar coated grapes.
