Spicy Gochujang and Crumbed Chicken Strip Sandwich
Sweet and spicy, this Farmer Brown Crumbed Chicken Strips sandwich is great for a quick lunch or dinner!

Ingredients:
- 400g Farmer Brown Nourish Crumbed Chicken Sourdough Coated Strips
- Hot honey
- 1 Tbsp chilli flakes
- 1/2 cup fynbos honey
- 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp white sesame seeds
- Dill pickle mayo
- About 2 tbsp sliced dill pickles, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp mayo
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp pickle juice
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Gochujang rainbow slaw
- 1 bag rainbow slaw
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- salt and pepper to taste
- To serve
- 4 burger buns
- fresh rocket
- fresh tomato
How To Make Gochujang Chicken Strips Sandwich
- Cook the Farmer Brown Nourish Crumbed Chicken Sourdough Coated strips according to package instructions and set aside.
- To make your hot honey, heat a small pan with your honey and chili flakes.
- Bring to a simmer and turn off heat. Stir in the apple cider vinegar and white sesame seeds. Set aside.
- To make the dill pickle mayo – combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together until combine.
- To assemble: cut the burger bun in half. Place a spoonsful of the dill pickle mayo and spread on the base of the bun. Top with some rocket and a slice of tomato followed by the slaw and a few Farmer Brown Chicken Strips drizzle over some of the hot honey and top with the other end of the bun.
