
Spicy Wors & Egg Noodle
The combination we all need, spicy, simple, and delicious!

Ingredients:
- 1 red onion (chunked)
- 1 small piece wors (chopped into small pieces)
- 1 tbsp crushed garlic
- 1/2 tsp sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp brown onion powder
- 1/2 tsp Mother-in-Law spice (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 tsp Masala spice
- 1 pack Maggi Durban Curry noodles
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp oil or butter
How To Make Spicy Wors & Egg Noodle
- Heat oil in a pan and add the chunked red onion.
- Fry until slightly softened.
- Add the chopped wors and cook until browned.
- Stir in the crushed garlic, brown onion powder, Mother-in-Law spice, and Masala spice.
- Add a pinch of sugar to balance the flavours.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add 1 cup of water to the pan.
- Once the water starts to boil, add the Maggi noodles and the included Durban Curry tastemaker.
- Stir occasionally and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until the noodles soften.
- Push the noodles to one side of the pan.
- Crack an egg into the empty space and scramble it lightly.
- Once cooked, mix the egg into the noodles for a rich, flavourful finish.
- Garnish with fresh coriander (optional) and serve hot.
