EXPRESSO SHOW ENTIRO ‘FEED THE GOOD’ RECIPE COMPETITION
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Important clauses which may limit our responsibility, place an obligation on you to indemnify us, involve an acknowledgment of any fact or involve some risk for you will be in bold and italics. You must pay special attention to these clauses.

1. Introduction
1.1 The entiro™ ‘Feed the Good’ Recipe Competition (‘Competition’) will be run by Cipla Medpro (Pty) Ltd in association with Cardova Trading (Pty) Ltd, producers of the Expresso television programme (‘Organisers/we/us/our’).
1.2 The Competition will be managed and administered by Cipla Medpro (Pty) Ltd, with the Expresso television programme acting only as a promotional and broadcast partner.
1.3 Each person entering the Competition (‘entrant/you/your’) and/or accepting a Prize agrees that these Terms and Conditions are binding.

2. Competition Period
2.1 The Competition opens on 15 February 2026 and closes on 15 April 2026.
2.2 Entries received after the closing date will not be valid.
2.3 The Organisers reserve the right to extend, shorten, suspend or terminate the Competition if required.

3. Who can enter
3.1 You must be a legal resident of South Africa.
3.2 You must be 18 years or older.
3.3 You must be a natural person.
3.4 Employees, directors, agents or immediate family members of the Organisers or suppliers associated with the Competition may not enter.

4. How to Enter
4.1 Download the 10 recipes available on the entiro™ website.
4.2 Choose 1 recipe created by Zola Nene and Abigail Da Cruz.
4.3 Prepare the selected recipe.
4.4 Take a photo or video of the prepared dish.
4.5 Upload the photo or video to Facebook, Instagram or TikTok and tag @entiroprobiotic.
4.6 Entries will be judged weekly based on creativity, presentation and adherence to the recipe.
4.7 Participants may submit multiple entries provided each entry is unique.

5. Winner Selection
5.1 Three winners will be selected each week.
5.2 Winners will be selected by Zola Nene and Abigail Da Cruz.
5.3 Winners will be contacted via the social media platform used for entry.
5.4 If a winner does not respond within 24 hours the prize may be forfeited

6. Prizes
6.1 Weekly Prize: Three winners each week will receive a Le Creuset hamper valued at R5 000.
6.2 Golden Ticket: Three Golden Tickets will be hidden in selected prize hampers allowing entry into the ‘Celebs vs Chefs’ cook-off.
6.3 Finalist Experience: Golden Ticket winners will be flown to Cape Town to participate in a cook-off filmed at the Expresso studios.
6.4 Grand Prize: The overall winner will receive a Fieldbar set valued at R10 000.
6.5 Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

7. General
7.1 The Organisers’ decision regarding any aspect of the Competition is final.
7.2 The Organisers may disqualify any participant suspected of fraud or misconduct.
7.3 If a winner declines the prize or is unreachable the prize may be awarded to another entrant.
7.4 By entering, participants consent to the collection and processing of personal information for purposes of administering the Competition.
7.5 Winners may be requested to participate in publicity related to the Competition.
7.6 The Organisers reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions if required.
7.7 The Competition is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, Instagram or TikTok.
