Sticky Pork Ribs and Corn Ribs
Fire up your Weber for the best ribs in town!

Ingredients:
- 2 racks of precooked pork ribs
- 500g Corn riblets
- 1 Cup Smokey BBQ sauce
- 1 Tbsp Taco spice/ seasoning
- ¼ Cup Sesame sauce, for serving
- 1-2 Spring onion stalks, finely chopped
- Sour cream, to serve
- Toasted sesame seeds, for serving
How To Make
- Place the pork ribs into a bowl and pour half the BBQ over the ribs to allow to marinate and pour the remaining sauce over the corn ribs.
- Once your coals are ready and are at a medium-high heat, grill the corn ribs and pork ribs until slightly charred on your Weber grill, keep basting the corn ribs with sauce.
- Once the ribs are ready, cut the pork ribs into strips.
- Sprinkle the taco spice over the corn ribs and place them onto a platter and drizzle over the sour cream and top with chopped spring onions before serving.
- Serve the pork ribs with some sesame sauce for dipping and top with sesame seeds.
