Sticky Pork Ribs and Corn Ribs

Fire up your Weber for the best ribs in town!

Ingredients:

  • 2 racks of precooked pork ribs
  • 500g Corn riblets
  • 1 Cup Smokey BBQ sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Taco spice/ seasoning
  • ¼ Cup Sesame sauce, for serving
  • 1-2 Spring onion stalks, finely chopped
  • Sour cream, to serve
  • Toasted sesame seeds, for serving

How To Make

  1. Place the pork ribs into a bowl and pour half the BBQ over the ribs to allow to marinate and pour the remaining sauce over the corn ribs.
  2. Once your coals are ready and are at a medium-high heat, grill the corn ribs and pork ribs until slightly charred on your Weber grill, keep basting the corn ribs with sauce.
  3. Once the ribs are ready, cut the pork ribs into strips.
  4. Sprinkle the taco spice over the corn ribs and place them onto a platter and drizzle over the sour cream and top with chopped spring onions before serving.
  5. Serve the pork ribs with some sesame sauce for dipping and top with sesame seeds.
