Super M Chocolate Coffee Nice Cream Bites

There is always time to have a Gap Filla with your favourite Super M

Serves: 10-12

2 large bananas, frozen
250g Super M Flavoured milk, chocolate flavour
1 tbsp instant coffee
200g dark chocolate drops
Maldon salt


Line a square baking tin with parchment paper.
Blend the bananas, Super M and coffee until smooth. Pour the mixture into the baking tin and freeze until solid. Plate a knife in hot water, and use the hot knife to cut 3cm x 3cm cubes of the frozen mixture. Reheat the knife as needed. Place the chocolate drops in a microwave friendly bowl and melt the chocolate in the microwave. Cool the chocolate until slightly warm to a temperature that won’t rapidly melt the cubes during dipping. Dip the cubes in the chocolate to evenly coat and place on a wire rack with a baking tray under it to allow for excess dripping. Top with a few flakes of the salt and place in the freezer to set. Serve immediately

Chefs Tip:

You can use any of your favourite Super M flavours for this recipe – like vanilla or banana flavour. If you feeling adventurous, you could add a tablespoon of peanut butter to the mix

For a crunchy texture, add some chopped nuts and if you have a sweet tooth, add caramel to the mixture or as the coating.
