Three Ideas Using Cottage Cheese

Ingredients:

  • Sesame Seed Bagels 4 pk
  • Egg, fried
  • Chilli Flakes
  • Rocket
  • Caper Berries
  • Pickled Red Onions
  • Organic Low Fat
  • Chunky Cottage Cheese with Chives 250 g 
  • Salmon
  • Avo, smashed with lemon juice and pepper

Brekkie Bagel with Chunky Cottage Cheese with Chives

  1. Toast the sesame seed bagels until golden.
  2. Spread a generous layer of smashed avocado on the bottom half of each bagel.
  3. Add a spoonful of chunky cottage cheese with chives.
  4. Layer with rocket, smoked salmon, and a fried egg.
  5. Top with pickled red onions and caper berries.
  6. Sprinkle with chilli flakes and close the bagel.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy your protein-packed breakfast!

  • Fresh Tomato Soup 600 g 
  • Organic Full Cream
  • Plain Smooth Cottage
  • Cheese 250 g

Tomato Soup with Smooth Cottage Cheese

  1. Heat the fresh tomato soup according to the package instructions and pour into a serving
    bowl.
  2. Top with a generous spoonful of smooth cottage cheese, sprinkle with chili flakes, and
    garnish with fresh parsley.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup digestives biscuits, crushed
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup sugar

  1. Make the base: Mix the crushed crackers with melted butter and press firmly into your
