How To Make Triple Chocolate Mug Cake
- In a large, microwave-safe mug, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, both sugars, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in the milk, oil, and vanilla essence until a smooth batter forms.
- Add dark, milk, and white chocolate pieces, reserving a few for the top.
- Lightly press the reserved pieces into the batter’s surface.
- Cook on high for 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on your microwave’s strength.
- The cake should rise and still look slightly gooey in the centre.
- Let it cool for 1–2 minutes, top with whipped cream or a drizzle of melted chocolate, and enjoy warm.
