Turkish Lamb Dumplings

It’s the Clover Butter Spread that makes this sauce so irresistible!

Ingredients:

  • 500g ready-made pot stickers
  • 4-5tbsp Clover Butter Spread
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Juice and zest of half lemon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Garlic yoghurt for serving
  • Fresh coriander for garnish

How To Make Turkish Lamb Dumplings

  1. Add the Clover Butter spread, tomato paste, chilli powder, paprika and the juice and zest of half lemon to a pan.
  2. Mix until well incorporated. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the cooked pot stickers to a bowl and pour over some of the butter sauce.
  4. Plate up the pot stickers and pour over the rest of the butter sauce.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander, garlic yoghurt and a squeeze of lemon.
  6. Note: To make garlic yoghurt, add 1 tbsp crushed garlic to half cup full cream yoghurt.
