Vanilla Custard Ice Cream

Get cheers all around when you pull this out the freezer!

Serves: 6
Preparation time: 12 – 15 minutes, plus 4 hours to set

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 3 1/2 cups Clover Custard 


To serve:
Vanilla sponge cake with seasonal berries

How To Make Custard Ice Cream

  1. Add cream into a large bowl, whip the cream until it reaches soft peaks, then pour in condensed milk & custard and beat until well combined, pour the mixture into a loaf tin, cover with cling wrap and place into the freezer for 4 hours until set or overnight. 
  2. Once the ice-cream has set, scoop into sugar cones or serve with vanilla sponge cake & enjoy!
