- Heat the oven to 190°C.
- In a bowl, mix together shredded cheese, parmesan, garlic powder, and dried oregano.
- Lay out a puff pastry sheet and sprinkle 1 cup of shredded Clover cheese.
- Fold in half and roll out to press everything down. Then add on your egg wash.
- Sprinkle on the remainder of cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Cut into strips and twist each strip and put on a sheet pan.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown!

- Set up three bowls: In the first, whisk together the flour and garlic salt. In the second bowl, beat the eggs until smooth. In the third bowl, place your seasoned breadcrumbs.
