  1. Heat the oven to 190°C.
  2. In a bowl, mix together shredded cheese, parmesan, garlic powder, and dried oregano.
  3. Lay out a puff pastry sheet and sprinkle 1 cup of shredded Clover cheese.
  4. Fold in half and roll out to press everything down. Then add on your egg wash.
  5. Sprinkle on the remainder of cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Cut into strips and twist each strip and put on a sheet pan.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown!

How To Make White Cheddar Sticks

  1. Set up three bowls: In the first, whisk together the flour and garlic salt. In the second bowl, beat the eggs until smooth. In the third bowl, place your seasoned breadcrumbs.
  2. Using a sharp knife, cut the block of Clover White Cheddar Natural Cheese into sticks just under 1/2 inch thick and about 3 inches long. Aim to get 20-24 even-sized cheese sticks for consistent cooking.
  3. Dip each cheese stick first into the flour mixture, ensuring it’s well coated. Next, dip it into the beaten eggs, then back into the flour for a second coating. This double-dip method is key for creating a well-breaded exterior. Finally, roll the cheese stick in the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere the crumbs evenly on all sides.
