Woolworths Spicy Lamb pizza

All flavours in one but the spicy effect hits after, makes it more delicious and wanting more.

500g Woolies Free range rosemary lamb sausage with oregano
2t Spanish smoked paprika
2T Woolies spice seasoning shaker
2 Woolies Stonebaked thin and crispy pizza bases
1 cup Woolies hot salsa
400g mozzarella cheese, grated
Woolies corn and coriander salsa, to garnish
1 avocado, peeled and cut into thin slices
Salt to season
Thinly sliced spring onion to garnish
Fresh coriander to garnish


Preheat your oven to 200C. Remove the sausage meat from its casing and add to a large mixing bowl along with the smoked paprika and spice seasoning before mixing to combine.
Cover the base of your pizza bases with some hot salsa as an alternative to tomato sauce before evenly topping with your mozzarella cheese.

Dot a small amount of the lamb mixture all over your pizza and place in the oven to cook for 15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and slightly browned.

Remove from the oven and top with some corn and coriander salsa, avocado slices, salt to season, spring onions and coriander.

Cut into 8 and serve hot
