3-Ingredient Lemon Ice Cream

  • 3 lemons
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • ¼ cup honey

How To Make 3-Ingredient Lemon Ice Cream

  1. Cut the skin off the lemons and carefully cut out the segments.
  2. Place the lemons, coconut milk and honey in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Transfer the mixture to an ice cube tray
  4. Freeze for 1- 1 ½ hours
  5. Place the ice cream cubes back in the blender and blend until creamy.
  6. Serve immediately
