Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbs rolled oats (soaked in 2 Tbs hot water for about 15 min)
  • 250 ml milk or almond milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • Sprinkle of ground cinnamon
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 1 Tbs peanut or almond butter
  • 1 tsp honey or 1 chopped date (depitted)

How To Make Banana Almond Oat Smoothie

  1. Once the oats are tender, blend all ingredients together for 1 minute.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 round feta cheese, crumbled
  • 6 large eggs
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Ground pepper to taste
  • Finely chopped chives, parsley or basil

How To Make Tomato & Feta Frittata 

  1. Oil or spray muffin tray with non-stick spray
  2. Divide tomatoes and feta evenly into tray
  3. Whisk eggs, salt and pepper together.
  4. Pour eggs into muffin tray.
  5. Top with chopped herbs if desired
  6. Bake at 180 deg C for 20-25 minutes until eggs are set
  7. Can be frozen for up to 3 months

Ingredients:

  • BBQ Chicken Fillet 250 g 
  • Multiseed Wraps
  • Rainbow Slaw 300 g
  • Grated Cheddar Cheese 

How To Make Chicken Rainbow Slaw Wraps 

  1. Toss slaw in mayonnaise or a light dressing of lemon, olive oil, salt, and pepper before assembling the wrap.
  2. Assemble wrap
