Ingredients:
2 onions, finely chopped
3 tomatoes, cubed
1 – 2 chilies, deseeded & chopped
¼ cup white vinegar
1 Tbsp white sugar
Handful chopped coriander
Salt & pepper, to taste
How To Make Sambal
Add vinegar and sugar into a medium bowl, then mix until sugar dissolves, add in the rest of the ingredients and mix until well combined, season to taste with salt & pepper. Serve on the side of your favourite curry.

2 cups double thick plain yoghurt
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 – 3 green chilies
¼ fresh coriander, chopped
Salt, to taste
How To Make Dhai/Raita
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined, season to taste.
