Baked Cheesecake

Impress your guests with this delicious Nestlé baked cheesecake!


  • 2 tubs of cream cheese
  • ¼ cup Nestlé Whipping Cream
  • ¼ cup baking flour
  • 2 t lemon zest
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tin Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 X 200 g crushed biscuits
  • 3-4 T melted butter

How To Make 

1. Pre-heat oven to 180 C.
2. In a mixing bowl, add crushed biscuits and melted margarine mix well to form a moist crumble, set aside in the fridge till needed.
3. In a large mixing bowl, add cream cheese; fresh cream; lemon juice, lemon zest and flour whip till thick and creamy
4. Add Eggs, each at a time, and continue whisking
5. Finally add Nestlé Condensed Milk into the cream cheese mixture, at this stage the consistency should resemble a creamy, smooth texture
6. Cover the bottom part of the spring-form pan with greaseproof paper.
7. Gently press in the chilled biscuit mixture into the spring-form pan
8. Pour cups of cheesecake mixture into the spring-form pan
9. Reduce the heat to 160 Degrees Celsius, and bake for a 1 hour
10. Chill the cheese cake in the rack then refrigerate for 4 hours
11. Serve chilled fresh berries and sprig of mint.
