In a mixing bowl, combine the oil, eggs, vanillas, syrup and milk. Add the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Divide the batter evenly in the doughnut pan, filing 2/3 of the way. Bake for 12-13 minutes or until skewer inserted comes out clean. Make the glaze by combining all the ingredients. Drizzle the glaze over the doughnuts. Allow to set then top with crispy bacon.
