Banana Bread French Toast

A weekend breakfast delight with Clover Custard!

  • 1 large banana loaf, sliced
  • 1 ½ large banana
  • ½ cup Clover Custard
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • ¼ tsp vanilla essence
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • To serve:
  • Clover Custard
  • Mixed berries
  • Caramelized bananas

How To Make Banana Bread French Toast

  1. Start by placing bananas into each a large bowl, then mash the bananas until smooth, add in eggs, Clover Custard, vanilla essence, cinnamon and mix until well combined.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a large non-stick frying pan, while that comes up to temperature, dip each slice of bread into the batter and fry for 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. Serve immediately with a generous amount of Clover Custard and caramelized bananas.
