Banana S'mores

Easter treats and this one is a favourite for our very own Graeme Richards!

Time: 20 minutes


  • 2 bananas
  • 2 pita breads
  • 4-8 Beacon Milk Choc Marshmallow Eggs

How To Make Banana S’mores

  1. Slice the bananas into disks and cut the pita breads in half.
  2. Heat a grill pan on medium heat.
  3. Place 2-3 marshmallow eggs in the pita bread opening.
  4. Add a few slices of banana and close.
  5. Grill the pita breads on both sides until gently charred and the filling has melted.
