Beef, ClemenGold® and Feta Salad

ClemenGold® adds a refreshing twist to this salad – perfect for springtime!

Serves: 2-4
Time:  40 minutes


  • 2x Sirloin steaks
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 180g Italian salad greens
  • 1 Mediterranean cucumber, ribboned
  • 4 ClemenGold mandarins
  • 90g Pickled red onion
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and cubed
    For the dressing:
  • ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp siracha
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp sherry vinegar
  • Juice and zest of 1 ClemenGold
  • Salt

How To Make:

  1. Heat the oil in grill pan.
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper and cook on the pan for 4-6 minutes on each side, until evenly browned.
  3. Set aside an allow to rest.
  4. In the meantime, combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl and whisk to combine. Season to taste.
  5. Assemble the salad ingredients on a platter starting with the greens.
  6. Cut the skin off the mandarins, slice into rounds and place on the salad.
  7. Cut the steaks into slices and arrange on the salad followed by the avocado, red onion and feta.
  8. Drizzle over the salad dressing and enjoy.
