Braaied Roasted Broccoli Salad with Miso-Caesar Dressing
When the side dish becomes the MVP of your game day braai with Clover Way Better!

Ingredients:
- 1 broccoli head, cut into florets
- 200g Clover Traditional Feta
- 1 small red onion, finely sliced
- 1 Cup rainbow slaw mix
- 2-3 Spring onion stalks, sliced
- ¼ Cup Cashews
- Sesame seeds, for serving
- Dressing:
- 2-3 anchovy fillets, finely chopped (optional)
- 2 Tbsp Clover Olive Pride
- Blended Oil
- 1 Tbsp lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Miso paste
- Salt, to taste
How To Make
- Toss the broccoli, olive oil, chilli flakes and oregano in a bowl and coat evenly.
- Carefully grill the broccoli over medium-high heated coals until cooked and slightly charred.
- Add the broccoli, red onion, rainbow slaw, feta, cashews and spring onions.
- Add the dressing and toss to combine.
- Sprinkle with some sesame seeds before serving
- For the dressing, combine all the ingredients into a measuring jug and whisk to combine until smooth.
