Broccoli and chickpea nuggets with Clover Krush

The best lunchbox inspiration!

Serves: 4-6
Time: 34 – 40 minutes

Ingredients:

1 head broccoli, steamed
1 tin chickpeas, drained
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 cup flour 
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180C

Place the steamed broccoli,  chickpeas and garlic into a food processor and blend until almost smooth, but still slightly chunky. 

Place the mixture into a mixing bowl and combine with flour, paprika, cumin and mixed herbs. Season with salt and pepper and scoop spoonfuls of mixture onto a greased and lined baking sheet. 

Bake for 34-40 minutes, until golden in colour. Serve with a refreshing Krush juice. 

Chefs Tip: You can add as much flavor to your nuggets as you like – like adding your favorite herbs or even cheese.
