Cheeseburger Salad Bowl
Indulge in the cheeseburger flavours without the guilt!

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 slices gouda cheese
- 250g beef mince
- 3 cups frozen French fries
- 3 cups chopped lettuce
- 1 cup mini tomatoes, halved
- 2 gherkins, cubed
- 1 cup mayo
- ¼ cup tomato sauce
- ¼ cup siracha
- ¼ cup gherkin juice
- 1 cup garlic croutons
How To Make Cheeseburger Salad Bowl
- Heat a large pan on medium heat and drizzle over half the oil.
- Add the sliced onions and sauce until soft and slightly browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the onions into a bowl and set aside.
- Place the French fries in an air fryer for 10 minutes or until gently golden. Season lightly.
- Shape the beef mince into two burger patties. Season lightly.
- Drizzle the remaining oil in the pan, fry the patties in the pan for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Place the cheese slices on each patty, cover with a lid and allow to melt. Transfer the patties to a plate and set aside.
- Combine the mayo, tomato sauce, siracha and gherkin juice in a bowl.
- Assemble the salad by placing the lettuce in a salad bowl, add the tomatoes, gherkins and fries.
- Break the cheesy patties into the salad, top with the onions and drizzle over the mayo sauce. Finish with garlic croutons.
