Cheesy Pizza Pockets

The cheesiest snack made easy with Clover Way Better Cheddar Cheese Slices!

  • 8 slices Clover Cheddar Cheese Slices
  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1 cup pasta/pizza tomato sauce
  • 100g pepperoni
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • To serve:
  • Tomato sauce

How To Make Cheesy Pizza Pockets

  1. Preheat your oven to 180C and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. Roll the puff pastry out on your work surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into 6-8 equal squares.
  4. Spread one tablespoon of tomato sauce on half of each square in a triangle, leaving a 1cm boarder
  5. Fold a slice of cheese in half and place over the sauce and top with 2-3 pepperoni slices.
  6. Fold the puff pastry over the filling side to make triangular pizza pockets. Using a fork, press down the edges to seal.
  7. Arrange the pastries on your baking sheet and brush with egg wash.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Serve with tomato sauce on the side.
