Cheesy Pull-Apart Bread and Santa Hat Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 10g yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3 cups Golden Cloud White Bread Flour
  • 400g mozzarella cheese, cut into medium blocks
  • ¼ cup garlic butter, melted
  • Handful fresh parsley/basil, chopped

How To Make Cheesy Pull-Apart Garlic Bread

  1. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl combine warm water, sugar and yeast.
  3. Allow to bubble for approximately 2-5 minutes.
  4. Add in the oil, salt, egg and bread flour and knead the dough for about 5 minutes. Adding more water or flour if needed. The dough should be sticky.
  5. Spray your hands with baking spray and roll into balls 18 balls.
  6. Place a block of mozzarella in each, roll to seal and arrange on the baking tray in a Christmas tree shape.
  7. Cover the balls with a dish towel and allow to proof until doubled in size.
  8. In the meantime, preheat the oven to 180C
  9. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly.
  11. Brush with garlic butter and finish with the fresh mixed herbs.

  • 12 brownies
  • 1 ½ cup cream cheese frosting
  • 400g Strawberries, tops cut
  • 75g Beacon Treats Original Mini Liquorice Allsorts

How To Make Santa Hat Brownies

  1. Buy brownies or make this easy recipe HERE.
  2. Cut the brownies into medium-small disks using a round cookie cutter.
  3. Pipe the cream cheese frosting on each brownie.
  4. Place a strawberry on each brownie with the pointy end facing up.
  5. Use the cream cheese mixture to stick an Allsort on the top of each strawberry to finish.
