Chicken Caesar Salad Jar
Layers of crunch, cream, and chicken perfection!

Cooking time: 15 minutes (if cooking chicken)
Ingredients:
- For the Chicken
- 2 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder or Italian seasoning
- For the Salad Jars
- 4 mason jars
- 4 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- ¼ cup shredded carrots (optional)
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- ½ cup croutons (add just before eating to keep crunchy)
- Caesar Dressing:
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 Tbsp grated Parmesan
- Salt & pepper to taste
How To Make Chicken Caesar Salad Jar
- Preheat oven to 200°C or heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Rub chicken with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes or cook in a skillet until cooked through. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
- Whisk together Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon, garlic, and Parmesan.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- To assemble the salad jars, spoon 2 – 3 Tablespoons of the dressing, then add in chicken, followed by the chopped romaine lettuce and parmesan cheese, add croutons just before serving.
- Seal the jar tightly and store in the refrigerator for up for 4 days.
